A Republican Rebound?

The numbers are looking better for Republicans:

* Bush’s approval rating is now at 44%, the highest it has been in over a year. He now has a 86% approval rating among Republicans, up from 70% in May.

* Likely voters are evenly divided among Democrats and Republicans, at 48% each.

* Voters are now split at 49% each among those who feel the Iraq war was a mistake and those who do not.

Not sure if this trend will continue, but if it does, Republicans should be able to hold Congress.
