My name is John, and I am currently a student at Roane State Community College, the Harriman Campus. Since it is only a two year school, I will be graduating from there in the spring and transferring next fall to Cumberland University. I am a history major. I've never been very school oriented though, but I've done enough to get by.
I graduauted high school in May, 1999 from a small school called Harriman High School, in my hometown of Harriman. I had some good times there, and I had some bad ones too. Even so, it's all good because I learned a lot from my expierences and come a long ways since then. Even though I still live here, there are lots of my friends who have moved on, that I miss. I guess it's part of growing up though.
In my spare time, I enjoy watching TV, sports, listening to music, being outdoors, and just about anything. I'm a big fan of most kinds of music, such as rock (especially classic rock) and some country. Some of my favorites are The Eagles, Led Zepplin, Creed, Garth Brooks, 3 Doors Down, and many others. I also go bowling from time to time. I love football and my favorite teams are hands down The UT Volunteers and the Tennessee Titans.
In closing I'd like to think the following people: First and foremost, God. I know I've gone astray before, but you've always helped me back. To my parents, for supporting me and believing in me. I couldn't have done it without you. To all my friends, especially Chris, Joey, Corey, Samantha, P.J., Lisa, Lenny, and others. You know who you are. Sorry if I haven't kept in touch, but rest assured, I still remember you all. And finally to the great teachers I've had, such as Mr. Andrews (in high school) and John Thomas (at RSCC). You have made a difference in my life and I am in your debt.
